'Home Improvement' Cast: Where Are They Now?

Does everyone know what time it's? That was the famous phrase that came out of Home Improvement, the ABC sitcom that aired from September 1991 to May 1999. The 30-minute comedy adopted Tim “The Toolman” Taylor (Tim Allen) as he hosted a home-improvement display titled “Tool Time,” even supposing he’s certainly not a handyman.
When not at work with sidekick and highest good friend Al Borland (Richard Karn), Tim spent time at home with wife Jill (Patricia Richardson) and their three sons: Brad (Zachery Ty Bryan); Randy (Jonathan Taylor Thomas); and Mark (Taran Noah Smith).
The series, which introduced Allen’s tv occupation, ran for eight seasons and used to be nominated for seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Thomas, whose profession took off whilst the display was airing, exited the show all the way through the 8th season to visit school.

While both Allen and Richardson have been reportedly presented between $25 and $50 million to do a 9th season, both became it down.

In 2020, Allen printed he “always thinks about” doing a reunion of some sort. “I like the speculation of doing it as a one-off, like a one-hour film. I love the idea of finding out where the boys are now,” the comic told TVLine. “Tool Time can be in today’s world. I simply think it’s a fabulous idea, and all of the actors assume it’s a great thought.”
