Kenny Jernigan JR Obituary, Death – Kenny Alvin Jernigan, Sr., elderly 40, a native of Marrero, LA, and a resident of Houma, LA, passed on to the great beyond on February 3, 2011, at 8:00 AM. Visitation to honor his reminiscence can be hung on Monday, February 7, 2011, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Additional visitation will happen on Tuesday, February 8, 2011, from 9:00 AM until the provider commences at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. The funeral carrier is scheduled for Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., adopted through burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
Kenny is survived by way of his wife, Patty Campbell Jernigan, and their kids, Kenny Alvin Jernigan, Jr., Logan Tommy Jernigan, and Jamie Lynn Jernigan. He could also be survived by way of his mother, Willadean Parrish Jernigan, and brothers: Thomas “Peanut” Ronald Jernigan, Jr. and spouse Etta Bowman Jernigan, Rex Allen Jernigan, Donald Joe Jernigan and wife Corie Lirette Jernigan,
Johnny Ray Jernigan and wife Jane Guilliot Jernigan, and Rusty Lamar Jernigan, along side a lot of nieces and nephews. Preceding him in dying had been his father, Thomas Ronald Jernigan, Sr., and nephew, Brandon Paul Jernigan. Known for his love of fishing, searching, portray, and fixing vehicles, Kenny shall be remembered as a faithful husband and father, deeply missed by way of his extended family and friends.
